PAELLA STEP BY STEP | Pocket Design Guide 2025
DXI magazine asked me to create this paella guide for their annual Pocket design guide. This is the most traditional paella with the most basic and traditional ingredients, including the rabbit, chiken, asafrán, and in addition you can find a guide of the process divided in 4 easy steps to follow. The main objective was to create something visual and with no words, so I had to be very clear on every steps, which I personally believe achieved. Eixarcolant made an open call for finding their next illustrator to create their next recipe Calendar. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to illustrate the whole calendar, but I learnt a lot during the process. I learnt a lot about illustrating recipes, not only ingredients, but also the many steps you must follow and how to make them understandable. So here's my proposal in case anyone else would be insterested on working with me for similar projects :)
